I am hoping that I can read your research sometime this fall; can you help me understand how I might get a copy of your work on this topic? I've received a Klingenstein Fellowship to spend a little more time understanding the spiritual development of children, so your work is ofgreat interest.

Oh Mark, what would it take to convince you of Quakerism? I'm reading this and just nodding. There's so much wisdom here and not just for the worship life of school children. The balance you speak of is necessary for all Friends environments. I fear too many of our meetings have misplaced their rakes and shovels somewhere in the leaf-pile out back. If we pull the jungle back we can see glimpses of sweet fruit underneath but we'll also see the tragedy of fruit choked by the weeds, shriveled up, fallen to the ground and lost. Your images are a great help. Thanks and God bless you wherever the Spirit has put you.
In Friendship,
Martin @ <a href="http://www.quakerranter.org" rel="nofollow">Quaker Ranter</a>
